WINFertility’s Care Management Team includes experienced Registered Nurses who serve as FertilityCoaches, each of whom have decades of experience in fertility help for patients in both hospital-based fertility programs as well as private fertility clinics. The Care Management Team is supported by our Medical Director and Medical Advisory Board.
They are composed of practicing Reproductive Endocrinologists (RE’s) who are leaders in the field of Reproductive Medicine. These physician experts are current faculty members of prestigious medical schools, have advised the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). Medical Advisory Board members are also involved in ongoing research and clinical trials in this fast-evolving field and have published widely in the field of Reproductive Medicine.

The WINFertility Program provides personalized care management throughout your fertility treatment, from your initial conversation with our FertilityCoach Nurses and patient service team, through clinical oversight and monitoring by our nursing and physician advisors of the medical services your fertility physician will provide. The WINFertility Program is available to all patients who seek quality fertility help and incorporates medical and pharmacy services, with our FertilityCoach Nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We contract directly with fellowship-trained RE’s, specialty pharmacies, and pharmacy manufacturers specializing in infertility medications to make their services and products available to patients at discounted prices. We carefully monitor the quality of clinical care and customer service, and have consistently achieved excellent scores from Patient and Provider Satisfaction Surveys administered by an independent, external survey research firm.
