Associate Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to senior analytics leadership, as an Associate Analyst you will be responsible for supporting internal analytics requests and managing customer support tickets across Sales, Client Services, Marketing, and Operations. In this role, you will handle incoming analytical inquiries, run queries, produce reports, and ensure stakeholders receive timely and accurate data insights.

You will work closely with senior analysts to strengthen the organization’s analytical throughput and provide dependable internal support. While the position is primarily focused on internal analytics and ticket management, you may also assist with occasional client-facing analytical needs.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of client account management experience or other healthcare expertise such as network or consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare or equivalent work experience
  • Highly skilled in Windows and Google suite of products in addition to Tableau and Salesforce

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned strategic accounts to drive client retention and satisfaction. This includes clients, consultants/brokers and network partners.
  • Strategy: Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Solutions: Understand client business objectives and challenges, and propose customized solutions that address their needs and align with our company’s offerings.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • WIN Product Expert: Become an expert in the WIN product offerings, set-up options and network relationships, minimizing reliance on subject matter experts in other teams
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product management, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience and address any issues that arise.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to effectively position our solutions.
  • Reporting: Become an expert in delivering WIN data, driving insights into utilization and trends showing the ROI we deliver to clients. Ensure timely delivery of key data such as annual reports and QBR’s.
  • Sales Force Accuracy: Provide regular updates on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management. Ensure all accounts have accurate client information including contacts and opportunities.
  • System Efficiencies: Strong working knowledge of all WIN systems utilized by the Client Success team. Maximize utilization of these systems to drive the most efficient resolution to client inquiries and management.   This includes but is not limited to ATS, Track-It, and, Linksquares.
  • Escalations: Be informed of all member and client escalations providing support and guidance to the client success consultant and other internal team members to drive quick and efficient resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Be a stakeholder in driving process improvements that benefit the experience of all our clients.
  • Financial Stakeholder: Minimize process exceptions & escalations, instead partner with your support teams to find solutions for the client within our existing workflows.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for on-site client meetings as needed
