Marketing Associate/Coordinator

Location

Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

 

Summary

WIN is seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate/Coordinator to support key marketing functions. This role will manage logistics for conferences, handle swag and promotional items, drive social media efforts, and coordinate blog content. The ideal candidate will also build and manage a member story program to empower members to advocate for WIN’s mission.

 

Key Responsibilities

Conference & Event Logistics:

  • Lead end-to-end event planning, including managing timelines, securing vendors, and handling on-site logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with event objectives.
  • Track event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and coordinate post-event evaluations.

Swag Management:

  • Manage all aspects of swag operations, including selecting and sourcing branded items, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely shipping to events and clients.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure promotional materials align with WIN’s branding and goals.

Marketing Materials Support:

  • Assist in the creation and updating of marketing materials, including sales decks, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Utilize tools like Google Slides, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Canva, to design visually engaging and brand-consistent content.

Social Media:

  • Develop, create, and manage daily social media content to increase engagement across platforms.
  • Schedule and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in content strategy.
  • Monitor trends and incorporate them into campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Blog Content Coordination:

  • Act as the central point of communication between content creators, editors, and the IT team to ensure timely publication of blog posts.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar, tracking content progress from initial drafts through to final publishing.
  • Ensure all blog content aligns with SEO best practices and company messaging.

Member Story Management:

  • Design and implement a scalable program for identifying WIN members who can serve as brand advocates, sharing their experiences across digital channels and events.
  • Build a robust pipeline for discovering and cultivating member stories, leveraging input from marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Project manage all aspects of the member story program, including story development, scheduling interviews, and ensuring their integration into marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with skills in event management, content creation, and/or social media, and design tools such as Google Slides, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic SEO principles.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
