Summary
WIN is seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on website performance, paid social advertising on Google and LinkedIn, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will be an experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record in demand generation, ABM, and inbound marketing, capable of leading and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Oversee the CRM system, including data management, segmentation, and automation.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze and utilize CRM data to track customer journeys, segment audiences, and identify opportunities for improved engagement and conversion.
Website Performance Management:
- Analyze and optimize website performance using tools like Google Analytics to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain, update, and align website content with digital marketing goals.
Paid Social Advertising:
- Â Plan, execute, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor and adjust ad budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and lead generation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices.
Performance Marketing and Reporting:
- Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website, paid social, and CRM performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Create comprehensive reports for the management team, highlighting achievements and suggesting improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, paid social advertising, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-tech B2B demand generation or ABM.
- Strong proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with B2B Martech stack (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot).
