Overview
This role is designed for an analyst who wants to move beyond reporting and actively shape business strategy.
WIN Healthcare is seeking a Principal Analyst to work directly with executive leadership on high-impact analytics supporting pricing strategy, client performance, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced analyst who can independently execute complex analyses, translate data into business insights, and help shape strategic decisions. The role combines deep analytical work with real business impact across sales, marketing, client services, and operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analytics supporting revenue growth and strategic decision-making
- Develop pricing and underwriting analyses for employer and payer clients
- Conduct disruption analysis, geographic access analysis, and network analytics
- Analyze client performance trends and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Define requirements for dashboards and reporting used by Sales, Client Services, and leadership
- Work with BI and data teams to develop scalable reporting and analytical tools
- Develop and improve analytical workflows and analytical models
- Work with large healthcare datasets including claims, eligibility, and authorization data
- Translate analytical results into clear recommendations for business leaders
- Support and mentor junior analysts on technical approaches and analytical methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, healthcare analytics, or data science
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills
- Experience translating analytical findings into clear business insights
- Ability to work independently and manage complex analytical projects
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior business leaders
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with healthcare claims or healthcare utilization data
- Experience supporting pricing, underwriting, or financial analytics
- Experience defining BI dashboard requirements and working with BI teams
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience using Python for data analysis or data preparation
